Who I work with

You don't have to explain why you're exhausted.

You might be the one everyone else leans on — the capable one, the one who holds it all together. And yet, behind closed doors, you feel stretched thin, disconnected, or quietly overwhelmed.

You might have tried to push through on your own, and you're starting to wonder if there's another way.

There is. And you don't have to figure it out alone.

Healing isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about coming home to yourself — with compassion, clarity, and the support you've always deserved.

How I can help

A space made for you.

Stress & Overwhelm

When the weight of daily life feels unmanageable, we work together to understand what's underneath it—and build more sustainable ways of coping and caring for yourself.

Life Transitions

Major changes in relationships, identity, career, family, or season of life can shake the ground beneath you. Therapy offers a steady place to find your footing and navigate what's next.

Reconnecting With Yourself

When you've spent years caring for everyone else, it can be difficult to know what you need. Together, we'll explore your needs, values, boundaries, and the parts of yourself that may have gotten lost along the way.

About Mary

Therapy that sees the whole you.

I'm Mary Speight, LMFT, CIMH, NTP. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with additional training in Integrated Mental Health and Nutrition Therapy. I work primarily with women navigating stress, overwhelm, life transitions, and the feeling that somewhere along the way, they've lost connection with themselves.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that mental and emotional well-being doesn't exist in isolation. Our relationships, stress, lifestyle, nourishment, and the way we care for ourselves can all be part of the conversation.

Therapy with me is a space to slow down, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and begin creating meaningful change—with compassion, clarity, and without judgment.
