Just Breathe. Let's start here.
You don’t have to know exactly what you’re feeling or have the words to explain it. Therapy is a judgment-free space to slow down, listen to what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin making sense of it together.
Anxiety
Anxiety can look like constant worry, difficulty slowing down, or a persistent sense that something is wrong — even when life looks fine on the outside. Together, we'll explore what's driving it, learn to work with your nervous system rather than against it, and build a more grounded, sustainable way of moving through the world.
Stress & Overwhelm
When the demands of daily life feel relentless, it's easy to lose sight of yourself in the process. Therapy offers a space to understand what's underneath the overwhelm — and to build more sustainable ways of coping, setting limits, and caring for yourself without guilt.
Life Transitions
Major changes — in relationships, career, family, identity, or season of life — can shake the ground beneath you even when they're expected. Therapy offers a steady place to process what's shifting, grieve what's ending, and find your footing as you navigate what comes next.
Grief & Loss
Grief doesn't follow a timeline, and it isn't only about death. Loss of a relationship, a role, a version of yourself, or a future you imagined can all leave a mark. In therapy, we make room for what you're carrying — without rushing you toward resolution.
Relationship Issues
The patterns we bring to our relationships often have deep roots. Whether you're navigating conflict, disconnection, difficult family dynamics, or the aftermath of a painful ending, therapy can help you understand your patterns, communicate more clearly, and build the kinds of connections you actually want.
Women's Issues & Identity
Many women arrive in therapy having spent years meeting everyone else's needs while quietly losing touch with their own. We'll explore questions of identity, self-worth, roles, and what it means to live in a way that feels true to who you are — not just who you've been expected to be.
How it works
What to expect
Individual therapy
Sessions are one-on-one, designed to give you dedicated space and undivided attention. I do not offer couples or family therapy at this time.
Telehealth via video
All sessions are held online via secure video. No commute, no waiting room — just a private, comfortable space wherever you are. Available to California residents only.
Private Pay & Out-of-Network Benefits
Initial Assessment - $225 Individual Sessions - $150 / 60 minutes Therapy is offered on a private-pay basis. You may be able to use your out-of-network benefits to receive reimbursement for a portion of your therapy fees. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. Because out-of-network coverage varies by plan, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to understand your specific benefits and reimbursement options.
Free 20-minute consultation
Before we begin, I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation. It's a low-pressure opportunity to ask questions, share what's bringing you to therapy, and get a sense of whether we're a good fit.
